This is my first black and white BLADE RUNNER commission piece which I've started in late, late 2006 and completed in 2007. I was inspired to work on this project mainly because I'm a huge fan of the film. When I heard Ridley Scott is doing a definitive director's cut of the film, I was inspired to pencil and stipple it. I'm also very honoured to have Rutger Hauer autograph my first print, he signed four or five of them... sssweet. Rick Deckard: 'They don't advertise for killers in the newspaper. That was my profession. Ex-cop. Ex-Blade Runner. Ex-killer.' |
